The accommodation is arranged over two floors and is built in a traditional style with beamed
ceilings and tiled floors which contrast with the cool white walls.
The entrance is into an open-plan living room which has separate sitting and dining areas. There is a feature fireplace
and a plasma screen satellite television, DVD and CD players and if the children need to be amused a Playstation!
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Doors lead from the kitchen to the large covered L shaped terrace which overlooks the pool and is furnished for sitting and
has a wonderful teak dining table for long leisurely al fresco meals.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, the double bedroom has satellite television. On this
floor there are two bathrooms, one of which has a half bath and shower.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a twin bedroom, which has doors that open out onto a first floor terrace
which in turn overlooks the swimming pool. This twin bedroom also has satellite television.

The swimming pool is set beside the L shaped covered terrace and measures 10 x 5 metres
and has roman steps at one end. It is surrounded by a sun terrace and the gardens are laid to lawn with a small orchard and
